In a marriage, it is called pearl: the symbol of 30 years together. With three decades of Saint Amour on the clock, there is every reason for a festive edition, without falling into nostalgia. The round anniversary is used to contrast love and time. To what extent do the two need each other? Does more time in love mean more depth, and thus quality? Or does routine then lurk around the corner? And what about relationships in which there is a big age difference? These are just a few examples of the inspiring literary exploration that Saint Amour once again guarantees. With authors from home and abroad and a surprising guest as musical entr'acte.

Joining us for this special evening: author Bart Moeyaert, who celebrated no less than forty years of authorship in 2023, among others with the collection of poetry Dat alles over liefde gaat. Like no other, he knows how to charm young and old with his sensitive, accurate pen. He will guide us to the heartland, safe and sound.
